    Still working on my diet, I didn't forget about you guys!

    Hello everyone.
     
     
    I'm not sure this site is going to work for me or not tonight. I've really been having problems with it. So instead of writing a big blog right now I'm just going to say I haven't given up on my diet. I'm exercising 4 times a day now. and I'm down to 121kg at the moment. I used to be 128, so I'm not doing too bad, right? ;) Well wish me luck and hope that this site will post my msg today. Have a good time!

    Finally back!

    Hello netizens!
     
    I'm finally back. Sorry that I was away for such a long time! I couldn't get my MSN space to open for some reason. Well, I've been
    keeping up with my diet so I thought I'd give you the reports up till now.
    As you can see, I'm trying to keep the information a little bit more organized. You can also see that I'm now exercising three times a day, morning afternoon and night. Anyway, I'm happy to be back. Wish me luck with my diet!

    Blog on hold for a few more days, Sorry.

    Hi Guys,
     
     
     
    Sorry that I haven't been able to do my daily diary...right now I'm pretty busy. I'm moving to a new apartment and I'm in the process of getting everything organized and moved out. My computer will be disconnected from the net for a while. I'm hoping next week some time I'll be able to resume my journal. Right now I'm still 128kg.  But one big reason for this move is because it's going to make my work a lot easier to do and I'll be able to devote a lot more time to my diet and exercise. So, the month of Oct is gonna be a little bit slow, but I'm gonna be flying when I'm through with this move.

    Day 31 of the diet.

    Good day netizens!
     
     
         Today was another good day in diet land.
     
         For breakfast I think I had nothing at all, except a banana. For lunch I ate a bowl of rice with some egg and tomato soup and some stir fry with vegetable and pork. It was pretty good. For dinner I ate another bowl of rice, this time with stir fry and I also was able to enjoy two chicken wings (Not from kfc). I also ate a handful of wasabi nuts and another banana. To drink today I've drank about 2 liters of water and one bottle of grape juice.  I also drank a cup of strawberry necter during dinner.
     
         For exercise today I walked on the treadmill three times today. Each time I walked I did it for 250 calories. So, 750 Calories. I also swam in the pool today for about half an hour, because of cold weather I had to quit early.

    Day 30 of the diet.

    Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls and children of all ages! Welcome to the circus that is my life!
     
     
    blah,  Ok, sorry guys. I wasn't able to write my report for the last two days because the MSN was crashed. Everytime I tried to log onto it I was blocked. So, I'm going to count today as "DAY 30" when actually it should be day 32. However, yesterday was Monday and I did check my weight. Gawd Daymn it though, it still said 128kg. I'm not sure what's wrong...but I guess it's too much bread and noodles in the diet..those both break down into carbohydrates and that means sugar, wich can be turned into energy, or turned into fat if you don't do enough exercise...I guess I haven't been doing enough exercise. So, today I stepped it up a bit and hope it will make a difference next week.
     
    So, today for food I ate one bowl of rice with some egg and tomato. Half a bitter melon fruit, for dinner I ate some ginger noodles, sausage and three carrots. I've drank water all day today and am already at about 2 - 3 liters of the stuff. While watching tv this evening I ate a good handful of wasabi nuts. They're delicious. Not as good as my favorite white chocolate, but they do the trick.
     
    For exercise today I did a lot.
     
    At 9:30am I walked on the treadmill for 250 calories.
    At 1:30pm I walked on the treadmill for 250 calories.
    At 7:00pm I walked on the treadmill for 250 calories.
     
    That's 750 calories in one day. I decided that I have to break my walks apart so that I don't hurt my legs and feet as much as I did last year when I was trying to lose weight.
     
    Today at 3pm I also went swimming. I swam (Kind of casually) for about one hour.
     
    That's it for exercise today.
     
    I think though that today was really not too bad. But, I hope that I'll be able to do this for most of the week. The trouble is how time consuming it is...I wish they'd fix that damn exercise bike...it was a lot easier and faster to burn calories with that.

    Day 29 of the diet.

    Greetings again boys and girls!
     
     
    Actually, if you check out the time and date of this report and the last report you will see that they were made moments apart.  I've discovered that sometimes even when I want to make a daily report, it's just not always possible. So, I wrote about day 28 and day 29 on the same day. So, don't get confused.
     
    Ok, as I mentioned earlier my boss invited me and some other guests out to dinner yesterday to celebrate the grand opening of his shop. But, what I might not have mentioned was that today was in fact the opening of his shop and this was the REAL celebration. So, after the morning ceremony we all went out for lunch. It was a kind of buffet style thing with lots of different dishes, meats, asian cuisine (Is that spelt even a little bit right??) fried vegetables and breads and all kinds of other stuff. I can't get into the details of everything I ate, but again, let me say that it wasn't a good day for my diet again. :(  Again, the only thing I can say is that for most of the day I was standing on my feet (And I've got the sore legs to prove it).
     
    I'm in the works though of setting up a plan where I'm going to be able to have a lot more free time away from the office so that I can better control my diet and be able to do a lot more exercise. I'm not trying to make excuses for today and yesterday, but I have to try to achieve my goals realistically....sometimes we fail even when we work hard...I'm not a fat loser, I'm a guy who isn't going to give up, and I'm gonna lose that fat!

    Day 28 of the diet.

    Hi guys and gals!
     
     
         Today was terrible for food. My boss was having a big celebration because he's opening a new shop. Well, in the morning I was fine, I didn't eat anything that I can recall, and lunch was one piece of fried chicken (Yes KFC I'm so sorry.) For dinner we had steak. I ate a big steak with black pepper sauce, french fries, salad and two cans of coke. :(  I really tried to tell my boss that I was on a diet, but he said that it was a day to celebrate and that I should relax and be happy.  At least for exercise I was pretty much on my feet the whole day. But, I know it's not a very good excuse...

    Day 27 of the diet.

    Greetings Netizens and other webbies.
     
    Ok boy and howdy, Today was a really good day. I got up early this morning and walked on the treadmill, I did it for about an hour then stopped when the machine told me that I'd burnt 250 calories.
     
    I didn't eat anything for breakfast, but I drank some water. for lunch I ate stir fry with green peppers, pork and rice. I also ate something called "Bitter Mellon". I'll tell you, this is the most disgusting stuff in the world. But I checked on the computer, it's supposed to be very good for your health and can prevent cancer and fights obesity by blocking the absorbtion of fat in the intestines. So, even though it's awful I'll try to eat it. For dinner I ate stir fry again, this time with noodles as well.  for dessert I ate a row of small peanut cookies. about five or six of them. During the day I also drank a lot of green tea and water. About 2 liters of water today, oh and so far one box of milk.
     
    In the late afternoon I went back to the gym and walked on the treadmill again for another 250 calories. Once I was finished that I went over to the swimming pool and swam for an hour under the sun set. No one was in the pool except me and I loved it.

    Day 26 of the diet.

    Hello my loyal Netizens.
     
     
         This morning for breakfast I ate some peanut biscuts and drank some soy milk. For lunch I ate one package of instant noodles and drank some water, for dinner I ate a bowl of ginger noodle soup and also drank some water. Not too bad for food right?
     
          For exercise I walked on the treadmill for nearly two hours until I burned 500 calories. I don't like the treadmill because it's much slower to burn calories and it hurts my feet...but I have no choice. After I finished walking on the treadmill I took a rest then I went swimming for about one hour. So, all in all, not a bad day, right? ;)

    Day 25 of the diet.

    Hello Ladies and gentlemen!
     
     
     
         So, today for breakfast I ate two sausages, and two small muffins. I drank two small boxes of milk.
        
          For lunch I ate a foot long ham and cheese subway sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickles and hot mustard. It was really good. With it I drank a bottle of water.
        
         For dinner I ate pretty much nothing. I wasn't hungry. But throughout the evening I did drink more water. I'd say at least 2 liters worth during the day.
     
         The bad news is that  I went to the gym I work at and tried to use the exercise bike...but guess what? The exercise bike was broken. :( It seems every time I try to lose weight there's always some kind of barrier put up in place to stop me. If I walk instead of ride the bike my foot hurts from something called a "plantar fissure" and I don't have enough time to swim everyday for as long as I would need....so I'm pretty worried about what I'm going to do to help me lose 500 calories everyday. Any suggestions?

    Day 24 of the diet.

    Hi Ladies and gentlemen...
     
     
         So today is Monday and it's the day I've been dreading since my bad time on Thursday and Friday.... and here's the bad news... I checked my weight it was 129kg.  :( 
     
         Today for food I ate bread for breakfast, no lunch and for dinner I ate bread and two sausages. I drank two bottles of yogart, and a lot of water today. At least 2 liters of water. For exercise I did NOTHING>  :( I had to work from 10 30am this morning until 9 30pm so no exercise today. Tomorrow I'll hit the exercise bike though.

    Day 23 of the diet.

    Hi guys.
     
     
         Today wasn't a very awsome day for me. :(    I think I'm really on a bad roll and need to get back on track. Today for food I had some plain bread for breakfast and two small chicken wings, for lunch I ate a bowl of noodles and a piece of bread. For dinner I ate four pieces of pizza (Yes from Pizza hut   :(  ) but the pizza was a small one and it was seafood. Later during the day I ate two sausanges and a white chocolate bar. Goddamn...I'm a fukkyn loser. Tomorrow I'll really try to work a lot harder on the diet.
     
         For exercise today I walked about 45min to one hour.

    Day 22 of the diet.

         First of, I have to say sorry to you. The last two days I haven't written my report. I was out of town on business and didn't have access to the computer. :( Secondly, while I was on business I didn't do a very good job of maintaining my diet. I won't give you all the details of it, but basically I did eat at Mc Donalds, I did drink soda, I did eat sweets and I did enjoy way too much of all of it.   :(  When I came back to town I checked myself on the scale, it was a very solid 128 kg.   :(  :(  :(   Like I said team, I'm feeling pretty bad about it.
     
     
         However, I'm back in town, my business is finished, and I'm ready to keep going with my diet and not give up just because I stumbled on the way.  So, here's today's report.
     
     
     
         I didn't eat anything for breakfast because i was busy with work early in the morning, but for lunch I had a plate of noodles and some water. For dinner today I had some noodes, two sticks of BBQ and some stewed beef, as well as a bowl of coconut milk and tapioca. I drank another bottle of water. In the evening while I watched  Ocean's 13 I ate a bunch of pastachios. They were delicious. For exercise I did about an good hours worth of walking today. But, at least the last two days while I was away I did A LOT of walking. But that doesn't make up for the food....  Sadly, I'm not looking forward to this Monday's weight scale check.   :( Oh well, just keep on trying right?

    Day 21 of the diet.

    Hi guys!
     
     
         Well, today was not too bad. I'll get right down to it.
     
         For lunch I ate a foot long subway sandwich, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatos, pepper and mustard, oh and cheese. It was delicious. I drank an ice-tea with it.
         
          For dinner I enjoyed some noodles and two sausages and some water. Again, pretty good in fact. For water I drank about two liters as usual. For exercise I only did about an hours worth of walking.
     
          Now the next two days  I'm going to be out of town on business, so I won't be able to write in this blog, I'll write about it when I get home. Don't worry, while I'm away I'll stick with the diet. See you all soon!!

    Day 20 of the diet.

     Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!
     
     
         Wow, today is the big 20, that's pretty damn good for a guy like me. I know it's not a full month yet, but we're pretty close right? How should I celebrate going 30 days without Mc D's, Pizza hut or KFC??? What should I eat first? :P Any suggestions how to celebrate?
     
          All kidding aside, here's todays traffic report.
     
          For breakfast I ate a bowl of ginger noodles with a bit of egg inside. I also ate three bananas and drank a box of soy milk. For lunch I ate some simple bread and drank a box of soy milk. For dinner I ate three carrots, five chicken wings (Not from KFC or MC D's)  and 4 bananas and drank a bottle of water. During the day  I also finished off about 2 liters of water.
     
     
         For exercise today I walked for one and a half hours. Not too bad right? Right.

    Day 19 of the diet.

    Hello again Netizens!
     
     
     
         Today was not too bad of a day for me, but I wasn't exactly a good boy. I think I ate a little bit too much Icecream today. Anyway, here's the report.
     
    For breakfast I ate five or six waifer cookies again, they taste good but have almost nothing too them, I also ate a pear and drank a box of milk. For lunch I ate two carrots one pear and three banana's and drank some water. For dinner I ate some ginger noodles with egg and drank more water. But in the evening I ate about a cup of vanilla ice cream. During the course of the day I drank about 2 liters of water.
     
    For exercise today I swam in the pool for just over one hour. It ws a lot of fun because of the hot weatther. Lucky for me, I never seem to tan or else I'd be pretty black by now. ;)
     
    Now, for what you've all been really waiting for. Today is Monday and so I must report my weight. Well, I checked myself on the scale and was hoping for a drop of 1oo kg, but sadly that wasn't the case. instead the scale told me I was .........
     
     
    127.5 kg.
     
    So, I lost half a kg this week. That's not too bad, right? In fact, between half a kg and one kg per week is exactly how much weight you are supposed to lose on a healthy diet. But, between you and I, I'd prefer to lose one kg per week instead of a half. So, I'm gonna have to step up the exercise  a little bit.

    Day 18 of the diet.

    Greetings ladies and gentlemen!
     
     
     
         So, here's my report for Sunday. Don't forget to tune in tomorrow when I'll be officially weighing myself to see if I've lost any weight this week.
     
         Today for breakfast I ate 5 waifer cookies and a small box of milk. For lunch I ate the cold noodles and 4 sticks of BBQ. For dinner I ate just one plate of noodles and no meat. I drank a large bottle of water though. During the day for water I am sure I drank at least 2 1/2 to three liters of the stuff. I wish it tasted like Pepsi, I really do. Water tastes soooo boring.
     
         For exercise today I woke up at 7am and then went to work out on the exercise bike. I burnt off 500 calories. It was very very difficult to do though because the night before I had finished  the bike with 600 calories at 11pm. So, my legs hadn't fully recovered yet. No, as I write this report I can feel my left leg has a pulled or stretched muscle and it hurts when I walk...so tomorrow I'll probably just stick to swimming.
     
    Ok then, that about does it for todays report. Don't forget about tomorrow when we check out my official weight.

    Day 17 of the diet.

    Good day ladies and gentlemen!
     
     
    Today wasn't too bad of a day. For food at lunch I ate a plate of noodles, that's it. And for dinner I had a sandwich with chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese. It was delicious. But in the afternoon I ate a white chocolate bar, and in the evening I had two very small icecream's on a stick. Of course during the day I drank nothing but water; probably about 2 1/2 liters.
     
    For exercise I did a lot today. During the day I did a lot of walking for errands and such, and in the evening I used the exercise bike and rode until it said that I'd burnt 600 calories. My legs feel so heavy, like lead. Anyway, hope this will all pay off in the future. ;)

    Day 16 of the diet.

     Hello Netizens!
     
     
         Hi again everyone. I'll tell you, I feel just like a drug addict. Today I was sweating and soooo hungry to eat some pizza. There's a buffet style restaurant near my house that serves pizza, chicken, french fries, ice cream, and all the soda you can drink, and I used to go there a lot. I mean a lot.... Today I wanted to go there. My brain kept saying. "It' been sixteen days, you deserve a break!" And when that didn't work it tried this mean trick "Hey, you don't want to starve yourself, being on a diet is good, but you should eat some ckicken and pizza so your body won't think you are starving and hold all your fat for you." 
     
    My God, I nearly died today. But instead of going to that restaurant to eat, I stayed firm and ate my boring plate of noodles again.
     
    So, here's today's report.
     
    This morning I slept in way past time to get up. So, instead of eating breakfast I waited until lunch. Then for lunch I ate a plate of cold noodles and four pork filled dumplings. I drank my standard bottle of water with it. For dinner I ate one sausage and some bread and drank a box of milk.  In the evening time I drank a big bottle of water. Also during the day whether I was eating or not I drank I think it was 3 bottles of water. So, all in all I'd say I drank about 3 liters of water today.
     
    Today for walking I'd say I did about one hours worth. Tomorrow I'll try to hit the exercise bike again.

    Day 15 of the diet.

    Hello again everyone!!
     
     
         Today is the 15th day of my diet. That's pretty good I think. In that time I haven't eaten a hamburger, pizza, french fries or a piece of KFC. That's a real big deal for me. I'm a guy who even as we speak is planning to go to McDonalds to eat two cheese burgers, some spicy chicken and wash it down with a large coke. But, I have to keep up the diet. So, instead of going to eat, I'll write my report.
     
    This morning I woke up at 6:30 and went to the gym. I rode the exercise bike until it said I had burnt 500 calories. Believe me I was sooooo tired though. I felt like my legs were made of lead.
     
    For food today I ate 4 banana's in the morning and one small breakfast cake. For lunch a plate of cold noodles with 4 sticks of BBQ. For dinner I was craving some meat ( I didn't want to eat KFC or Mc D's) so I ate two sausages, one spicy and one plain. Of course during the day I drank my 2 1/2 liters of water.  
     
    The trouble is sometimes even when I'm exercising and trying to lose weight I feel like I'll never be slim. I look in the mirror in the elevator and I see how I look and I know why everyone thinks I'm a stupid, lazy, fat loser....because I look exactly like one. Anyway, if I'm right, and if I work hard for one year, by next September I'll be slim and healthy and much more attractive. ;)
